HAPPY NEW YEAR 2005

Well, Happy New Year to all! I hope that everyone has had a safe and enjoyable New Year's Eve... I have enjoyed many of your blogs commemorating the event tonight...Happy New Year
I just got a nice treat in my e-mailbox that I want to share - some of you likely got this too, but here is the new Just Nan Newsletter featuring some gorgeous new designs for this month! Wow, as usual, I want them all!!!!

We had a nice quiet, at home New Year's Eve.... my niece Caitlin has been on my cellphone talking to her "friend" Jerry, who is obviously her new "boyfriend," though I am not sure she can really see that yet, since 9 PM.... going on four straight hours now. This reminds me of how fun it was to be 16 years old :-) Meanwhile, Nicole, Erin and I are enjoying Ella Enchanted on DVD (easy to stitch to), while I plug away on The Mermaid and the Sea. I will get a progress pic up soon. I am enjoying it so much, yet I am also so excited that it is now 1/1/05 and (much) later today I will finally be starting Houses of Hawk Run Hollow! I am using the Vicki Clayton Silk Conversion Pack to do mine.... will surely be posting my progress pics.

Hi Carol,
I've been having a great time reading your new blog and checking out all your wonderful stitching. Your stitching really is just beautiful and you have a lovely family. Hope you have a wonderful 2005 and I'll be back often to see what you are up to! Jo
