Can you guess what I am still working on??

Um, yep... Medieval Town Mandala.... but not a whole lot of it tonight. I have to quit early to get some more birthday packages ready for Mike to mail off tomorrow!! Busy, busy month for those birthdays!! Anyhow... now Medieval Town Mandala gets put away for two days while I do my SALs...
And, finally... at long last... look what I have here! Yes, that is my Autumn Fields belfast for the Neighborhood RR!! OK, now to get that done too!! Thank you Silkweaver! I will have to bring this in to work in the next day or two and start getting my squares basted, and then once Medieval Town Mandala is done I will stitch my house.... I just hope I can get it all done!

And, speaking of Silkweaver, today I finally received my FOTM. They mailed it a week late again. I love this one - it is Wandering Ivy belfast. So nice!

You know.... I have just been thinking about the incredible gamut of emotions right now in our little world of stitching bloggers... we have the extreme joy of Karen's miracle pregnancy, the excitement of Jo's new job, Katrina's recent nuptials and Nikki's new graduate program....and we have Barbara's home robbery, Isabelle's and Jenna's terrible migraines, and... the sudden and tragic death of Laura... from the most extreme joy to the deepest sorrow, we have really been going through a lot, haven't we? It's great that we are all here for each other, in the good times and the bad... hugs to all of you.

Hi Carol - It's working! ;D
Love that Silkweaver Belfast you have there, both of them just beautiful! MTM is an incredible project. You are all kinds of ambitious!!

I think we have a need to share our lives with others and blogging has become another wonderful way we can do that with new friends all over the globe.
A big hug back to you :)

Medieval Town Mandala is looking wonderful. I love the blues in those corner sections. It really sets off the whole design.

Hi Carol, your new fabrics are lovely! :D You sent Becky some great gifts too - what a sweetie you are!!

You are so right about all that is happening within our community... Isn't it amazing how our Internet friends have truly become an important part of our lives! How sincerely and deeply we share in the joys and sorrows...

(Although, believe me, my migraines must be less than ten percent of what Jenna has been enduring for years! Mine only last a week every month... I am truly touched that you've been thinking of me though - but really, really it is not that bad! ;) )

Hang in there with Medieval Town Mandala - those corners will finally get all stitched up!! ;)

(oh, and you've added an RSS feed to your blog! :D)

Beautiful stitching on MTM! And I love those fabrics.

You are right, there are so many things going on right now in the blogging world. It feels good to be able to share them though, and not bundle them all up inside.

Wandering Ivy! I hope that's not what I get for my FOTM since I JUST bought that from them (hasn't arrived yet) but I'm hoping to use it to restart blackwork dragon in green on it. At least if i get duplicate it is a nice color.

MTM is looking wonderful. I don't know how you do it. Those corners look like they'd've put me off for a bit.

Carol - so sorry for my absence, my friend! Being a computer orphan gets in the way of my blog-reading and my commenting time. I am so sorry I haven't commented more!

Your FOTM is fabulous! Any plans on what you will be using it for?

MTM looks beautifull Carol, but I will be happy when this part is finished as those corners are so big.
