Serenity

OK, another day of having not so much worth showing. I spent the afternoon making a scissor fob for a dear stitcher who did not receive her HoE Scissor Fob Exchange. I gave up on waiting for her partner to replace it. It was great fun to do for her, and I loved it. But did have only a couple of hours left for Serenity. I like how the larger motif on the left is taking shape now.

Stitched on today: Stitched a replacement scissor fob for HoE Scissor Fob Exchange, stitched on a Christmas ornament, and Serenity **Mailed SBEBB Here's To Ewe Exchange today

Your Serenity is gorgeous. You've made lots of progress on it.

Doesn't it make you a bit insane when people don't meet their commitments? I just do not get it.

Hi Carol, I'm just getting caught up on my blogs since I was away and I must tell you how much I love House Samplings. It looks like such a fun stitch! It's also great to see Dawn and Spring Ride again. Both are looking great.
I returned home to find my tulips are up so there's hope yet for spring!

Serenity is so pretty. Even when you mention you don't make much progress, your pieces always seem to move along faster than mine. You seem to have magic needles your pieces look so lovely.

Spring ride is looking great as well. Sorry you didn't have nicer weather to work on her in. We lucked out and had beautiful weather this past weekend. However, it is turning cold again, and believe it or not I heard by the end of the week possibility of snow flurries. I can't believe how long winter is hanging on this year. Hope you get nice spring weather (and consistently) soon.
Sorry you had to take the extra time to do a replacement fob. It sounds like a fair amount of people have not followed through on their commitments to the exchanges lately, how disappointing and how frustrating for you.

That's quite a border on that piece, it'll be a lot of work.
