Spring Ride

I sure didn't want Karen to think that I had forgotten about our SAL, and I dug Spring Ride out again tonight. I didn't realize how much I missed it. My work tonight was all in white Marlitt and DMC 746, but I think you can tell that she is growing...

Many of my blogging friends have been having significant losses in the past couple of weeks. I feel so badly for them all, and I just wanted to say how much I care. It is easiest to post it here, as I have so little time to hit each and every blog... let alone comment... but you are all in my thoughts....

She's simply gorgeous, but I think I'm a bit biased (sp?). I didn't think you'd forgotten and anyway, you're quite entitled to take a few !

My pic should be online before this evening. Haven't taken the photo yet (dull and dreary here and just waiting for a bit of sunshine ...)

oops, looks like a bit of that message disappeared into cyberspace. It did say you're quite entitled to take a few weeks break from her. It's always nice to get back to her though isn't it.

Spring Ride is coming along beautifully. Your Serenity sampler is very pretty and coming along nicely. The Christmas ornament you received is so beautifully done and the scissor keep you sent is lovely too. Such beautiful stitching.

A beautiful piece, and an even more beautiful sentiment you chose to share with all those who are suffering loss.
