Finished Hannah's Halloween RR

Last night I was able to stitch up Hannah's Halloween Round Robin - which should have been stitched and mailed by Feb 24th... four days late... She did not specify Prairie Schooler designs, just Halloween designs. But I noticed everyone else had been using little PS motifs and I thought they looked good, nicely balanced. And her colors matched so well this way, so I added the little jack-o-lantern from Pumpkin Patch. I hope Hannah likes it. I will mail this to Edgar tomorrow (unless the snowstorm they are forecasting is as bad as they say it might be - if so, it will go out on Tuesday).

Goal Review Time:
February Goals:
1. Continue to stitch on Houses of Hawk Run Hollow - yes
2. Start a unique project that I haved planned - no, I haven't quite figured out my starting point

All the Halloween RRs that I have seen so far look fantastic. Your addition on this one is really lovely and I agree with that the PS style is wonderfully kept on this RR by all these PS motifs.

I haven't seen a Halloween RR before, but I'm still very new at this. Very cute!
I am new to the world of stitching and have been browsing various blogs to try and gain some knowledge and get some tips / ideas. I originally started with a stamped, then counted “kits”. I’m working on my 2nd chart and have noticed some big differences in floss types and quality.
My Cross Stitch Mentor has told me that I’m ready to graduate from Aida, but I really like Aida. Maybe it’s just beginner’s comfort???
If you would answer my question… What type of fabric or fabrics do you prefer and why? Brands and counts?
I would appreciate any advice, thanks!
