In loving memory...

We lost our Lily very suddenly on 3/16/16. I have been grieving and struggling with whether I let her go too soon. I decided to crochet a memorial blanket, hoping it would soothe me. I am really loving the project and hope to reveal it fairly soon. I am still cross stitching too, just working on BAPs, so not sharing much. Hope all are well!

Oh Carol, I'm so sorry... I know your struggle, but letting her go shows how much you truly love her. That's a hard decision to make. Hugs xo

It's a big loss to lose a pet - it's not something that you get over quickly. Don't be hard on yourself!

Glad to hear you are crocheting and stitching...see you soon!

Sweet Lily. I am so sorry for your loss. It is never easy to let a sweet pet go but it sounds like it was the right thing to do. Try not to dwell on that ~ she was loved.

I look forward to the completion of your memorial blanket. That is quite a stash of yarn you have there!

When will you be sharing the Barbara J. class project? Wondering which one of us will complete it 1st. I have been wiring on mine. :-) Loved seeing you and Margaret. <3
