I am continuing to stick with Mermaid Heaven once a week now. I feel quite motivated to get them done, especially since the chart has been spoken for by Karen - I know she doesn't plan to stitch it right away, but this does help to keep me focused. I got to work on more of her huge tail tonight!
And, here are more garden blooms from various points over the past week. I haven't taken garden photos in a few days as each afternoon/evening when I get home, we have been under threat of thunderstorms. It has been a very steamy week here - just the way I love it! Hopefully I can get more bloom photos soon. Someone asked for wider shot photos that show several plants together. Right now, the bloom season is young and the blooms are here and there. If I get a good opportunity for a broad shot, I will take it!

ReplyDeleteFunny your day lilies are still early in bloom...mine are just about finished. Only a few yellow ones (Stella D'Oro, I think??), a pretty dusty pink cultivar, and a pretty rust-colored cultivar...neither of which I know the name.
It is nice to you working on the Mermaids :) Love the flowers you have shown and I was sorry to read you saw an accident a couple of days ago.
