...and the rest of the exchange that I sent to her...
I spent today/tonight stitching a replacement gift for my Stitching Bloggers Birthday Club partner. Her birthday was January 25, and I put together a gift package and mailed it to her on January 14. It never arrived :-( I kept hoping it would, as I really loved what I had stitched for her... but alas, time to send a replacement. I hope to finish re-buying her goodies and get the new package out in the next couple of days. Meanwhile, somewhere in Canada is my original exchange...
Thank you all for the positive feedback on the re-positioning of the 8 on A Quaker Christmas. I like how it turned out too :-)

What a wonderful exchange! That is really too bad about the other exchange, though. It seems to me that there a few complaints with international shipping going missing around the stitching blogosphere :/
what a pretty exchange. I'm sorry your first gift got lost in Canada. Hopefully your new one will arrive safely. can you put a tracking number on it?
It is so frustrating when an exchange disappears in the mail like that. I've got a MIA birthday gift that I mailed to South Africa MONTHS ago that never arrived. Though, who knows, maybe it'll show up for Christmas or something.
I just love the biscornu you made for Sharon. It's gorgeous!
Sweet Biscornu, shame about the missing exchange, my Mum has had two packages she sent go missing and it is so disappointing and can get a bit expensive too.
What a lovely biscornu! Lovely work as always, Carol!
It is stunningly beautiful Carol..honestly! Gorgeous!
So sorry you had an exchange go missing. The other round robin I am in has a piece floating between New Zealand and DC, it's so annoying. Love the biscornu exchange, it's so pretty.
What a beautiful biscornu, Carol!
Oh Carol, you are such a sweet and generous person! A replacement HoE and now having to completely redo the Birthday exchange!!!
I'm planning on taking a little break from the HoE (my 'job' is going to be taking on a heavier workload aka more kids activities, LOL), but if you need replacement stitchers--count me in! It's awfully unfair that you not only organize and keep track of the exchanges, but then have to provide replacements as well.
The biscornu colors are beautiful!
Carol, you might want to hang in with the Canadian exchange. Packages I am sending home to Canada are taking three weeks to five. Canada Customs is overloaded with online purchasing due to the high Canadian dollar and things are moving incredibly slow.
Your biscornu is just beautiful. I love the color.
What a beautiful biscornu Carol.
The biscornu that you stitched up for Sharon is GORGEOUS! I bet she's very pleased. International mail has been very slow this year so far. Coral in South Africa mailed me something before Christmas and it didn't arrive until early this month, I think. So I'm not sure that I would give up on it quite yet, if I were you. The second package may end up taking just as long anyway.
Gorgeous biscornu Carol! And all the goodies you added look wonderful!
Sorry about the b-day gift you sent to your partner :(
Gorgeous biscornu. Great gifts too. Too bad about the other missing gift. I hope it does turn up. xx
That's a lovely biscornu and wonderful goodies.
beautiful Biscornu, sorry to hear the exchange went missing, I have been waiting on an exchange arriving since begining of Feb, such a shame with all the love and work that had went into making it
This is so pretty.Where do you find the chart for this freebie? Is it still available? Thanks-Laurie!
Beautiful exchange Carol! I hope the other exchange will show up!
Beautiful exchange Carol! I hope the other exchange will show up!
Very pretty biscornu!
Dear Carol, I just love the colors of this biscornu. It's so pretty. Sharon should adore it! Hugs, Deb
What a beautiful biscornu - lovely colors!
