Stickin' With It
I chose to continue to work away on A Quaker Christmas again tonight. Thanks for the votes of confidence on getting it done by the end of the year. I will, as long as I just don't let myself get too sidetracked.
Someone asked if there is a DMC conversion for this sampler. No, it is charted only for Crescent Colours floss. But as it is only three colors - green, gold and red - it should be easy to choose colors that would work ;-)
Stitched on today: Stitched on a Christmas ornament, and stitched on A Quaker Christmas

Keep it up... you are doing great.
I love watching things as they start coming together.
The rate you're stitching at, you'll have it done in plenty of time.
Looks like you are well on track for a pre-Christmas finish!
Looks great, I think you'll finish it in time. Now if I could only finish my two WIPs in time!
The green in this sampler always looks like dark gray to me, so if I were to start this one (and there is a distinct possibility that that will happen, esp. if you keep posting progress pics every day!) I think I would use DMC 844 :o)
Nice to see both pictures, this way we can follow your progresss more accurately. And I am sure you'll get it finished in time :)
Your AQC looks incredible Carol!
carol i reckon you can have it finished and framed by early november the rate you are going keep at it girl :)
Great progress Carol, it's looking gorgeous
I have this on my "To-Do" list as well. I love the fabric you chose.
This is looking simply stunning!
Coming along really nicely.
You are on a mission with this one! Go girl go!! xx
Wow at this rate it will be on the wall well before Christmas Day
Well done
