HOHRH Update

Here is my latest on the super slow to stitch project that CHS calls Houses of Hawk Run Hollow!! I don't know if it is because I am using 40 ct fabric or if this is just one of those projects that takes a long time to stitch?? Hmmm, either way, I love this one! And I actually worked on it during SAL night tonight - I am proud of that.

Oh, I am so far behind in reading blogs! Note to self: Make time to catch up this weekend!! Geez, what a long work week this has been.

Stitched on today: Bordeaux Mystery Sampler and Houses of Hawk Run Hollow

Reading all the blogs can take up a big chunk of the day! I try to reward myself for finishing a household chore with reading a blog or two. I still get behind, lol!

There are not enough hours in the day! Is there a remedy for that?

I think Becky made mention of the houses taking a long time to stitch. The results are fantastic. I enjoy seeing the progress pictures on all your projects.

Well, Esp Garden Spot -- that one charms my heart : )

blog reading can take hours at times. But HoHRH is coming along quite well. Carpenters didn't build those houses in just a matter of weeks, so it just goes to show if you want excellant buildings that last, you need to take any and all time needed to do the job right.

Hi Carol-I stitched along with you but boy is it SLOW going!! I didn't make as much progress as I would have liked. I didn't take a pic this week-but will do so next time around.

Your progress is looking good!
