Getting Back to Normal Soon

OK, I kept telling myself all day, the guests are leaving in the morning, they are leaving in the morning! I am so anxious to get back to normal! I did find time to squeeze in a bit of the LDS Mystery Sampler before retiring to bed tonight, though. The next band is more colorful, and I am really looking forward to changing to pinks and greens again :-)

Thanks for the positive response to the Freebie Gallery Blog! Several stitchers have now signed on to be contributors, and have added some really pretty photos too! I added a whole bunch of mine at various times today - as I could sneak away to my computer for little bursts of time. Anyhow, I got a lot of comments saying it looked like a good idea. If you want to be a contributor, though, please email me at carolsutcliffe@comcast.net. I need your email address in order to have Blogger send you an invite into the blog - thanks!!

The Freebie blog is going to fly Carol! What an excellent idea!!

Love the Long Dog Mystery Sampler. I've started on mine as a SAL with my group. The colours are even lovelier IRL!

Great idea for the Freebie Gallery! I'm definitely a visual person, I need to see something in colour to know if I want to stitch it!

Having company is wonderful, having the house to yourself again is even better.

The freebie blog looks awesome. I will contribute once my PR fairy celebration is done. I wonder if that one is fine, it's not a biscurno or some other type of sampler stuff. the hearts are adorable.

Have a nice day! =)

I really like the heartshaped motif in the band you just finish. That sampler is really coming along.

It's tiring to have guests - but you can relax once you have your place back and feel normal again :)

Your WIP is looking great. I wish I had more freebies stitched up so I could feel ready to participate. Maybe by the end of summer. :) In the meantime, I'll just browse and increase my stash by looking at everyone else's freebies!

Thank you so much for setting up the Freebie Blog. I just wanted to say how much I've enjoyed seeing all of these patterns finished. Some are already in my stash, and I've discovered some new ones through this blog. This was a great idea!!

Your LD is looking beautiful as usual. I always so enjoy seeing you post an update on this one, the colors are so pretty.

The feebie blog is great, I love seeing all the different projects. I haven't done very many freebies, I think only 3, if I get a couple more done I'll let you know so I can add them in. I think your new blog will be very popular.
