OK, it's Tuesday again - everyone knows by now that that means an update of Paradigm Lost! Almost there now with the large motif. I think it is time to get some graph paper out and chart out my initials... it won't be long before I move over to the left and put them on there too. This is a fun sampler - I look forward to stitching St. Reatham with Nicki (and any other takers!!) fairly soon (after PL is over, obviously - Jo, you in for another??)
It is finally time to start thinking about Celebration of Needlework, which happens in early May. Registration finally opened today for the NH event. I checked the internet a few times today and managed to get there just as registration opened at 2 PM - I faxed my registration form over by 2:05 PM :-) Of course, no worries, it is usually pretty easy to get into classes there, as long as you don't wait absolutely forever. I am so excited that several blogging pals are coming along this year!
Thank you all for the lovely comments on my two-tone biscornu! It turns out that credit goes to Jo (aka Kiwi Jo) - she made a two tone one a while back that Tessa discovered, that Karen V discovered, that I now discovered, and that many others are now planning to do. Thanks Jo!
I received a truly beautiful gift from Karin today! I will try to get a good photo or scan of it tomorrow to share with you! Thanks again Karin! I adore the colors!

Hi Carol,
Right about lunch time here in Kuala Lumpur, I'll be expecting your blog to pop up into my Google Reader, and every Wednesday (Tuesday for you), they'll be updates on PL.
It's coming along nicely, slowly but surely :)
I am also following your progress on LD's 18th Century Sampler. Intend to have a loose SAL with couple of my friends in our group in May. So your updates are very inspiring :)
Your work is gorgeous! So glad you enjoyed the gift.
Hello Carol, you seem to be feeling better? Good for you. Great progress too! Ann.
Dear Carol,
how many lovely progresses on your works! I was online only a bit during the past days and I couldn't see your blog before today. I love everything!
Carol, your PL looks gorgeus. I love to see your progress every week.
Beautiful ! Beautiful ! Beautiful !
Paradigm lost looks amazing! Just Beautiful!
PL is looking wonderful! looking forward to seeing the gift.
I'm off to look at the Celebrations classes again now.. what classes did you sign up for??
:)
Oh I do envy you going to the CoN! Which class are you taking?
They are having one this year in Louisville, KY which is about 2 hours from us...but it will be smack dab in the beginning of "going back to school" time and I can't do that with my kiddos. But I'll be drooling thinking about what is going on!
Your PL, is spectacular as always and the St. Reatham ~ I look forward to :)
Jo sure did a good thing then with the biscornu didn't she?! Congrats to Jo for copyright moment of the week! LOL! I'm sure she doesn't care if we're infringing, right?!
PL looks great! And another LDS to start - have you decided on your fabric and floss yet? And congrats on getting registered with Celebration of Needlework. That would just be a ton of fun.
PL is looking amazing. It looks like you don't have much left to go. Glad you figured out the creative genius behind the two-color biscornu. Now we can all credit Jo!
PL is looking gorgeous Carol, great progress
PL is beautiful!!! WOW! I absolutely love it!
I'm in for the new LDS! I'd love to have some motivation to get through the whole thing! I'm not all that great at finishing projects *lol*
Off to check out what classes are available! sounds like a blast :) wish I was closer!
I just love the PL updates! It's looking so beautiful.
I am really enjoying seeing your progress on Paradigm Lost, it's so pretty.
Hahahah! You sound like me registering for my class at CATS last year. I scanned the form into the fax machine's memory and then programmed it to dial and fax the form in at 7:00 on the dot! ;)
PL looks lovely! :)
I'm looking forward to St Reatham too. Don't stitch too fast on PL though - I need time to save up to get supplies for the next one LOL!
PL looks great, and you are almost done, it really seems to gone quickly. Looking forward to seeing the picture of what you received from Karin. Hope you and Mike are both starting to feel better.
Sue
It is looking fantastic as usual! you are making quick work of this piece.
I wish I could join you at Celebrations this year. I am sure you will have a fantastic time. Maybe next year:)
Wow it is looking great.
Carol - I'll post my pinkeeps using Paradym Lost on my blog soon. I charted out the medalion with the initials in it using Easy Grapher and then stitched a few them with a variety of overdyed floss.
I'm going to start P-Lost as soon as I get a few UFO/WIP done. I do enjoy seeing your progress.
Looking forward to hearing more news about the neighborhood RR.

Hi Carol,
I stumbled across your blog when looking for websites containing "And A Forest Grew." I noticed you mentioned Stitcher's Hideaway and the July retreat in Sturbridge. I am going to that. I live in Connecticut. I love the retreats. I'm sure we'll meet up.
I can be reached at cinders925@yahoo.com.
Your stitching is lovely. I hope you bring AAFG to the retreat so we can see your progress and/or finished piece.
Cynthia
