I stuck with Mystery IX again today. There is still a long, long way to go with Part 1. I guess I am maybe about half done now. It is so pretty in real life. I backstitched half the lettuce heads, as well as the inner opening of the design tonight. I didn't want to have to do all of the backstitching of Part 1 in one sitting, so I figured I would get some of it done now. I will be putting this away for the next couple of days now, and will revisit it again on Thursday. Once I finish this, I can stitch Part 4 of Medieval Town Mandala :-)
It is time to go back to work tomorrow. After 11 days of calm weather, except for some snow on New Year's Eve, the typical stormy early January pattern starts up again first thing tomorrow morning! Yuck.
