Well, it "kind of" says Majesty under the first dragon now.... I did the lighter of the two purples stitched over one to spell out his name. I have a blinding headache tonight, so it was an accomplishment just to do this much...

The best part about today was that I received my kit for Medieval Town Mandala today! I love it! European Cross Stitch included a $5 gift voucher in it for my next order too - you can be sure I will use that!! I am now officially ready to go as soon as Martina releases the first part of the chart on October 1st! Woo Hoo!! I also received the gorgeous fat quarter of white opalescent belfast from the going out of business sale at Dyeing4U... a slightly larger cut than I had requested, so that was soooo nice of them! This is a definite for when Karen and I stitch the Spring Ride SAL in a few months!!

Q. What do you do with the framed stitching that you keep? Do you hang it
up and leave it in one place, never to move it? Or do you have a
rotation, where you have one place for stitched pieces and switch them
out according to mood or season? Maybe a mixture of both?

A. Easy one - I have a real issue with making too many holes in my walls! Yikes, really bugs me! So, I try to think long and hard, and make sure I hang a piece exactly where I want it. My husband gets very involved in this - he needs to be part of every decision about where we hang a finished piece. Kind of funny, kind of annoying :-) But no, I don't move my pieces around.

Due to yet another sale at Stitching Bits & Bobs, I could not resist picking up Teresa Wentzler's new Tropical Dream... as well as a new one by White Willow Stitching, Waterfly... I was so impressed with the first chart I got from this designer recently, that once I saw this one I felt confident to get it :-)
Daylily: Cherry FestivalTigerlily (the only bloom of many that was not eaten by bugs)Platycodon: Fuji Pink

Red Sox 16, Rangers 5 - and that is a clean sweep of the series against the Texas Rangers :-) But hey umps - when the ball is hit and clears the "green monster," that is a home run, not a double.... the umps robbed Gabe Kapler of a home run tonight.... because they are blind and stupid!

What's this?? Does this say Kurt Busch will be Ryan Newman's teammate with Penske Racing South in 2007? Am I hallucinating? Hmph. That will take some getting used to. I was hoping Michael Waltrip would join Penske Racing South... Surprised!

I owe a whole bunch of replies to emails right now, but honestly, my head is just throbbing - I'm OK, Becky, but I will have to email you tomorrow, as I have to go to bed and see if I can sleep this off!! Sadly, no, the flat fold did not arrive again today :-(

Stitched on today: Story Time (the happy dance is very close now, as I have started the little bit of backstitching at last!!) and Legends of the Dragons

The dragons look great. Almost done :-)
I have a feeling that Michael Waltrip ( my favorite driver) will be going on Tony Stewarts team. I have watched these 2 help each other out a few times this year when Waltrips own team mate , well let's just say someone has a big ego and will knock anyone out of his way even their own team mate, ahem hear me 'Lil E. DH no longer likes the #8 because of his attitude this year.

Legends looks great! Almost 2/3 done! I'm having trouble getting excited about stitching the word Magic lately, I'd like to get that part stitched before my vacation next weekend at least.

Legends is looking great! You are making me want to stitch those cuties. Sorry to hear about your spam...they hit me earlier this week too.

Hiya hun. You been getting spam? I've never had one before but now I've had 2 this week as well :o(

The dragons are looking fantastic. I think that one is a must stitch for me too.

Hope your headache is better. There's nothing worse is there than a blinding headache when you're trying to stitch.

What is the fabric like you've chosen for Spring Ride? I've still not come to any decision on that - possibly just a sparkly white or very pale blue - but I'm not at all sure.

Can we have a wip pic of Story Time please (if you dont finish it today)??? :oD

Gorgeous flowers! I want your garden lol.
