For anyone still interested in the Gingher Designer Series scissors that Mike is selling on ebay, he is now out of Julias, but has one pair of Cheetahs and two pairs of Lanells - at least as of this writing. Not sure when he will pick up more, but he will when he can. If you are considering them, he has them at rock bottom right now, while they last. His ebay user ID is michaelsutcliffe. (Thanks to Erin and Carina for picking up their pairs today!! LOL).
Stitched on today: And A Forest Grew

I just love 'And A Forest Grew' Carol, even if the scanner doesn't do justice to the colours! I would love some of these scissors (and some of your gorgeous fabrics), but I'm on a strict stash diet. Have been for months, and it's going too well to spoil it now :o)
I went tonight and didn't see any ginghers listed but maybe I wasn't looking right since I'm new to ebay....
Your stitching is beautiful!!!
Your AAFG is looking spectacular...your tenacity on projects amazes me!
I've been salivating since purchasing my Julia's...it won't be long and they'll be in my hot little hands :)
AAFG is such a pretty piece. I'm going to enjoy watching this 'grow' as time goes on.
A Forest Grew looks gorgeous Carol. Sounds like it is going to be a large piece.
I love And a Forest Crew! I love to work on piece that have little sections - such feelings of accomlishment! You are making super progress.
It's really pretty! I love this design, I may need to move it to my short list after seeing yours and Sabine's.
It's beautiful Carol! I hadn't seen this until you started stitching it and it's a gorgeous chart :)
you made great progress :-) It looks fantastic!!!
Please understand I just happened to click on your blog from someone else's blog. You are working on And A Forest Grew - and I have just started it! You are the first person I know that is doing this wonderful pattern. Are you using a surface (for lack of a better wrod0 or are you just rolling it and working from there? I am trying to roll it because I have never used anything else. Its daunting but I LOVE trees and I am determined to make it through the entire graph. Can we motivate each other?
Sharon
I love that piece!
Thank you for the tip on the Ginghers...I got a pair of the Lanell's to go with my Red Desert Scissor Pocket. I'm "on the wagon" but I don't think that this counts against me...since they technically aren't stash AND will help me finish off a project properly :)
