I just saw in Jenn's blog that today she received the fabric she bought from me last week.... and in the package I tucked in a little fob that I had made for her. She was so down in recent days, and I wanted to give her a little "therapy fob" to remind her that her friends love her. (I finished it in the evening and it was raining out... so I could not get a good photo).
Daylily: Radiant Greetings
Stitched on today: Blessings Be Thine and An Emblem of Love
***Note to self: To keep track... in preparation for winter and to deal with recent weight gain (due to sloth), I restarted the induction phase of Atkins today

Oh wow, that's another exquisite fob - you really od the finishing of these beautifully ... are you SURE you haven't made some before?? ;) Seriously, it's gorgeous, and you have a beautiful big heart :D
I second Anne's emotion, you do have a beautiful big heart! :)
I also can't get over how many daylilies you have! Lol! I enjoy seeing them so much day.
Wow, Carol, that is a totally gorgeous fob and I bet it did wonders to raise Jenn's spirits! You are a WONDERFUL friend!!!
As for weight gain ... whew, after meeting you I find it nearly impossible to believe that you could gain weight or be slothful. Not being too hard on yourself, are you?
(((((hugs)))))
Wow that is another beautifull fob. Also emblem of love will be beautifull.
Awww... What a sweet fob! :)
Emblem of love is looking just marvellous Carol!
Love the fob too! Nice one!
Carol, your scissor fobs are both lovely.
The Emblem of love is beautiful, I really fell in love with it and if you decide to sell your chart I'd like to purchase it!!!
Hi Carol! Just wanted to let you know the linen arrived safe and sound on saturday :)
Great progress on Emblem of Love!
Carol, that is another gorgeous fob! Got any tips for me? EOL is progressing great.
EoL is still one of my favorites, and "delicate" is still the word that best describes this piece. Bittersweet is the perfect fabric to have chosen for this.
Another fob-ulous gift! That was so thoughtful of you--- it's adorable.
Thanks again for the FOB Carol it's beautiful! What you put on the back makes me smile when I look at it. :)
EOL is looking so pretty. The more you stitch on it, the more I love it. Love the fob too, what a sweet thing to do for her...she probably really needed that pick me up.
What a lovely fob you stitched for Jenn.
I second everything annes has said.
:o)
What a sweet gift you made for Jenn! It is lovely:)
Your Emblem of Love piece and your scissors fob are pretty. Great finishes.
That's such a lovely gift! I am sure Jenna was deeply touched by your thoughtfulness!
Emblem of Love is coming along nicely too!
I tried to leave a comment earlier, but Blogger wouldn't let me. It's 4 AM here (don't ask) and I'm hoping Blogger is a bit kinder now. I just wanted to say that, next to human beings and doggies, sloths are my favourite creatures on earth. Having said that, I don't believe for a minute that you are one. But I wish you luck with Dr. Atkins anyway.
Your fob for Jenn is lovely. You're a sweetie, Carol!
I'm enjoying watching your progress on EOL as I really, really like it!! I also think the fob you did your friend is lovely, you are very thoughtful :-))
Very pretty fob. Nice finish!
