...I am going to be one very relieved, and very happy, stitcher when Part 10 of Mystery IX is finished. All I have to share tonight is more of this blah blah... can hardly even see tonight's progress - gulp.
Thank you all for your super sweet and encouraging comments about my scissor fob. You cannot imagine how much I appreciate them. My confidence is a little higher now. Thanks :-)

Hang in there, Carol - you're nearly halfway there now :D You can do it!! :D
You silly woman, being uncertain of your stitching and finishing skills! That fob was FOBULOUS! Oh, jeez, I just crack myself up.
Your enormously huge and stunningly gorgeous Chatelaine is coming along beautifully, even if you don't think you can see your progress. :)
It is a beautiful fob and good progress on your Chatelaine. It will turn out beautifully, I'm sure. Ann.
*Sigh* Can you please come to my house for a week and storm through some of my stitching too?! You are so fast and I think your progress is inspiring
Mystery IX is great. I can see progress :).
MIX is looking gorgeous Carol, you can do it!
I must say, Mystery IX is becoming such a beautiful piece.

I didn't get to comment yesterday, but wanted to add my voice to the chorus of "it is a beautiful finishing job!" I know what you mean about the confidence issue, too....I'm terribly critical of my little pillows and ornies. I often feel that they are cute from a distance, but up close you can see the little not-quite-straight seams and my crummy blindstitch at the closure....
Still loving the Chatelaine Mystery!!
This is just so pretty. You have done a magnificent job on it. Ann.
YOU may not see much change ... this is beautiful. Looking forward to more pictures
You really are going to be Chatelained out aren't you? It's beautiful though and there will be progress. Suddenly you'll find you're on the home stretch with the ponds :)
I can't remember if I said, but the fob looks great and the finishing looks perfect. Don't know why you're unsure of your skills :)
Hang in there... it looks gorgeous!
Carol
Your Mystery Tour is just so beautiful!! You are really a fantastic stitcher! It would take me forever to finish that. Seems like I need to do more stitching and less housework. I think my husband would even be impressed if I did. You inspire me to do more! Debby
