Starting Part 10 of Mystery IX

Part 10 is huge! I am a bit skeptical right now as to whether or not I can get Part 10 finished this month. Tonight I was able to stitch only part of one of the pools - this one is at top center. It still needs water and some gold before it is finished... then three more of these along the sides, and then four larger pools - one in each corner... and that is not all! Then we also have to stitch a hedge all the way around the border connecting all of these pools... lots and lots of stitching, the inevitable huge part that Martina always adds to her online projects. I hope I can get a bit done on it this weekend, and then maybe that will give me some idea of how this will move along. The pools will be pretty, though. I will certainly do my best to finish this part this month - don't really want to break my long standing record of meeting each monthly goal with Chatelaine projects :-)

This mystery is very interesting, Carol! It'll be fun seeing how these pools relate to the rest of the design as you get them stitched. :)

Carol I think this is the first WIP of this part I've seen around the traps. It's going to be gorgeous when you have it done!
We'll all be rooting for you this month!

Oooooh Carol... I've really missed reading your blog! I'm finally able to start reading again, and you delivered (as always) with so many drool-worthy projects.

Keeping up with the monthly Chatelaine installments is quite an accomplishment. PIG is my first, and I was already behind by the time we got to part 5. :( I'm not too far behind though, so there may be hope for me yet.

That does sound huge, but it also sounds very pretty! Just do your best - it's supposed to be fun! And just a couple more parts to go afterwards too! :)

Whoa, that is going to be a huge section! I know that you will persevere and have it completed though :)

Did I ever mention that I love the flower pics that you show? A little bit of happyness staring out at me every day. Thank you!
