OK, it's Paradigm Lost Tuesday again... I stuck with that large heart motif for another week. Since I focused on working on its center, it was not the same repetitive pattern that has been a bit boring the last couple of weeks. It's really growing now - Jo, are you getting as excited as I am about this gorgeous sampler making such wonderful progress for both of us now? Also, have you decided what colors of silk and linen to use for St Reatham yet? I know Carissa is tossing two silk colors around in her head... me, no clues yet!! I cannot decide on a color scheme for that one at all. I think there is still plenty of time, though - LOL!
Here is a beautiful tutorial from Argone for making a stunning needlework tin - it's in french, but the photos are wonderful - enjoy!
No blog reading got done at all today, and I missed seeing what my friends are up to. I might try to sneak a few in now, and then do the rest tomorrow. What a busy day at work. I had a new anorectic, straight out of the eating disorders unit at the hospital, to intake today. With her complex history, that took absolutely forever.... didn't even stitch at work today. So much to catch up on!
Thanks for the sweet words on the fob for Sonya - you all made me feel better about how it turned out :-)

Good luck with your complex new patient, Carol! Challenges keep the work fresh, right? ;)
PL is gorgeous. I'm excited about how it's shaping up!!
PL is looking gorgeous, I love seeing your progress on this.
I'm really inspired by your PL - I've only just started it myself and glad I can look forward to a great project! Keep up the great work :)
Your Paradigm Lost is looking amazing!!
Oooh, PL is beautiful! I like the heart motif, but can see how you would get tired of stitching on it after a while. :)
PL is so beautiful, congratulations!! I always enjoy reading and looking your posts, thanks for sharing :)
Excellent progress this week. I love the motif with the hearts.
Paradigm Lost is so beautiful! I think the heart motif is worth the work. :)
Paradigm looks great.
Nice progress Carol!
I know I've asked this before - and you answered - but I've got a memory like a hen and can't remember what you told me, lol...........
....What fabric is it that you're using for PL? I've loved the whole thing since I first saw it on here and shall get around to it one fine day I expect, but the thing that makes it special I think, is your fabric choice. I love that it looks 100 years old!
It's an absolutely lovely motif, though!
Beautiful! I am WAYYYY behind on blogging and blog reading too. It's been a crazy couple of weeks. PL looks amazing, and is moving right along.
Your PL is gorgeous, what threads are you using? Thanks
I love this piece every time you show it!
PL is so pretty, and the tin instructions were great. Thanks for posting the link.

Oh yes Carol, I'm very excited about the progress we are making on PL. Tuesdays are the highlight of my week! I'm still thinking about thread and fabric for St Reatham (and I tend to change my mind frequently) but I'm still drawn to Konini since that was my second choice for PL. Maybe I'll wait and see yours in person before committing to anything.
