Gardening Weather

Finally, we have some decent gardening weather. Mike and I were outside early today planting the morning glory, sweet pea and Velvet Queen sunflower seedlings that we started under grow lights three weeks ago :-) Some drizzle this evening assures that they have nice moist ground. Then, spent quite a bit of the day finishing a PIF gift... and on to And A Forest Grew :-)

Hope everyone is having a nice weekend!! Thank you for the nice comments on the two fobs I posted yesterday. I appreciate your kindness.

Stitched on today: Finished a gift, and And A Forest Grew

A Forest Grew is growing nicely Carol. It looks huge!

We are having not so nice weather in this part of England. It's freezing here so no gardening here, although I'm not a keen gardener if I'm honest!

It's pretty nice gardening weather here, too. And guess what I'm doing. Working! And not in the garden. Still love AAFG

Oh, AAFG is looking lovely! I'm *still* waiting for my tomatoes to grow big enough to plant outside.

Gardening and then working on A Forest Grew, sounds like an appropriate combination. :)

Glad you had nice weather to get some gardening done. I was out trying to plant the bulbs I bought. I had a hard time finding a spot for them. Seems like ever where I looked something is starting to come up.

I so enjoy visiting your daily blog enteries! I so enjoy viewing your progress on each of your pieces! My friend stitched Paradigm and it's gorgeous. I love watching your progress on this one! She put it in a huge gold frame. It would look so nice over my sofa! Thank you for sharing your stitching with us all.

Your forest is definitely growing lovelier by the day! That's weird about Italy postal customs... wonder why the rule about sending stitched things??

I missed the sun on Saturday as I was down in CT at a conference and it was really raining by the time I left but overall it was a great weekend. Thanks!
