New Template - Works in Google Reader :-)

It is Paradigm Lost Tuesday - here is tonight's update. I am now working on the motif in the bottom left of the sampler, which is full of little fat, pudgie birds.

I heard from Barbara today that she has received the PIF gift that I have made for her - and in record time, as I posted it from Hooksett, New Hampshire just last Thursday morning.... and it already arrived in The Netherlands today! It took me a while to select something to stitch for Barbara - I wanted it to be special as Barbara is a dear friend, and I knew she had some favorite designers - Kathy Barrick certainly being one of them. So, I stitched this Chartmakers freebie for her, and I am so happy that she likes it!! I am busily working my way through my fairly long PIF list to do... so, if you are waiting for a PIF gift from me, don't worry, it's coming - LOL!! I am pretty much doing them in the order that they came in during sign ups :-)
House on a Hill Fob
Chartmakers (found here )
40 ct Natural Linen and DMC floss
Stitched 4/8/07 - 4/12/07

OK, I decided to change my template - this one, I just realized, is really rather bright! But.... it works in Google Reader! Yay!!! Hope that helps those who have found it to be difficult to leave me comments using Google Reader. I wouldn't blame you for feeling that way - it would drive me nuts too!!

FOR SPORTS FANS

PS - in the "fans behaving badly" category... THIS happened during the Red Sox game at Fenway Park on Monday - just amazing! What folks do with their rage... Yet, our two local sportscasters seemed to enjoy having fun with this (this is from our local broadcast of the game).

Stitched on today: Stitched on a gift, and Paradigm Lost

Really like your new template, Carol, it showcases your stitching better. The fob is so darling! Your selection of dark colors for your fobs is charming. The richness of them really appeals to me, and I know Barbara loves it!!

hahahahah, at the commentator "I'll tell you what.....I'd still eat that thing....it looks pretty good!" Hahahah. Good one!

Lucky Barbara! That's a lovely fob Carol.

I love your new template. Very Pretty.

I didn't see the bit from the game on Monday. I hate working when there are day games on. *grin* I find that the guys on NESEN tend to get that way (silly about things) when the game is either slow or a blowout.

Love both the fob and the new template! So gardeny!

Love the new look, very spring looking. I also had to laugh at the commentators. They get so carried away and involved in what goes on. Pity about the game going un-noticed.

I've watched your movie of the game broadcast 2X's...those sportcasters are what make it funny...I've never laughed so hard :) Thanks for sharing!

Yay! Beautiful template and my feed reader (I don't use Google) can also leave comments now. Woohoo! Much easier than having to pull up your website on a browser each time to leave comments. I bet your comment count is going to skyrocket. ;) That video clip from the game is absolutely hilarious! I am guessing that they didn't really have much of anything else to talk about, since they kept coming back to it. People's behavior can be so strange sometimes. Oh, and a beautiful fob for Barbara. You really made her day at a time when she could really use it. :D

Love the new template! It's very springy and cheery.
I got a good chuckle out of the ballgame antics. What a turkey that guy who threw the pizza. Makes me want to go to a game just to watch the fans!

Carol, your new Blog look is really pretty. I love it. The Red Sox broadcast was funny. I actually caught this game on TV. Red Sox over LA 7-2. Yayyyy. I was lucky enough to see it on Fox Sports 2. As I mentioned in a previous email we don't have ESPN now but maybe we will be getting more games on Fox 2. Fingers crossed. I loved watching it:)

I have your email on my work computer so I will answer it tomorrow:)
